How can I know my Teleax device is original and not a copy?

Teleax products come with shapes, looks and part numbers matching the product page on the website. Moreover there is always part of functionality of the product that is mentioning the brand, like start screen of the projectors, welcome message on audio products and the Bluetooth ID. These functional features do not have Teleax brand when the product is a copy.
Where is the origin of Teleax products?

Teleax products are designed by our product design teams in Europe. The design is aimed at providing products with superior features and attractive look, as well as reliability and durability. Designed products are manufactured by contract manufacturers in Far East, pretty much like how our iPhone is manufactured. Teleax products are covered by Teleax warrantee via local partners of Teleax in each country. This is a distinguishing advantage over Far East products with no local support.
How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
What is the easiest way to find out what items should be included in the box?

All products are shipped with a printed guide mentioning what should be included in the box. Some product are covered with "Unboxing Videos" on YouTube and other video sharing platforms. Please note content of the box might be different for products shipped in different regions.
