Shipping Policy

All orders requiring back order will be shipped 24 hours after the lead time specified in the order page. Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing an order and once charged, the order will be out in 24 hours. You will receive information about how to track your shipment via email.

Please add to your list of trusted email senders to make sure you will get all updates about your shipment.

Considering the complexity of shipping and customs regulations in the target countries, Teleax has offered a wide range of shipping options ranging from expedited courier service, to air cargo from airport to airport, and to delivery to your own freight forwarder.

Teleax does not ship to countries under United States trade embargo and the countries under trade embargo by government of Canada.

Your order will be shipped according to the method of shipment you choose at the time of order. If the method is temporarily or permanently unavailable for your order, customer service will contact you and you will be given the options available for shipping your order with their cost implications. Upon your approval the alternate shipping method will be used to ship your order.

Freight charges are calculated as estimates and actual freight charges if different with what the buyer got at the time of order will be arranged with the buyer before charging the credit card. Teleax never charges your credit card of any type of extra’s before they have been arranged and confirmed via the same email address placing the order.

Please make sure you have read and agreed with Teleax Terms and Conditions governing the business transaction with Teleax, before you place an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased in Teleax can  not be returned unless specified in the product description. This is because of the sensitivities of premium electronics and networking devices offered by Teleax.

Item specified as returnable can be returned when in original box with matching serial number and with no defect or usage marks. The item should also have all accessories and box content as it is was when shipped to the buyer from Teleax.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description). The amount paid after deduction of restocking fee will be returned to the buyer through the same payment method the order was originally paid.
